SIRDC CEO, Dr Leonard Madzingaidzo ( fourth from left ) along with other African representatives signed Agreements with Chinese counterpart institutions. SIRDC signed a MOU and a Joint Laboratory Agreement with Wuhan University of Science a Technology. This is all part of the FOCAC and Chinas Belt and Road policy by Chinese President Xi Jinping.
