ZTS is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Scientific and Industrial Research and Development Centre (SIRDC). Established in October 2006 in terms of the Companies and Other Business Entities Act [Chapter 24:31], the company was created to commercialize SIRDC research technologies, products and outputs as clearly spelt out in tis Moto: “Innovation to Industry”. It plays a pivotal role in delivering practical, market-ready solutions that benefit Zimbabwean industries and communities, contributing to national development.
