E – Payment Terms and Conditions

Welcome to www.sirdc.ac.zw. These terms and conditions (Agreement or Terms) are a contract between you and SIRDC, as operator of this site and online payment platform. SIRDC uses this site and platform to sell its products and services to you, collect payment and book your order. By accessing or browsing the site and intending to make a payment, you expressly understand, acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood the Terms and agree to be bound by such terms found on the Site.
You need to be an adult (usually 18) to use our services. During registration you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. The responsibility of maintaining the confidentiality of your PIN, password, or biometric data is solely yours.
Notify the administrator or customer care immediately if you suspect a security breach or unauthorized transaction.
The platform supports bank payments, merchant payments, or Eco Cash.
Daily or monthly transaction limits are governed by users respective banks.
The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to telecommunications failures.
All prices are inclusive of vat but government mandated levies will be deducted automatically from your balance after the payment.
This online payment shall not be used for money laundering, terrorist financing, or purchasing illegal goods. All transactions are generally final once authorized.
SIRDC is not liable for losses caused by incorrect user input, third-party network failures, or "Acts of God."
Your personal data is handled in compliance with Data Protection Act and is collected for transaction processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory reporting. This data may be shared with banking partners or regulatory bodies as required by law.
Refunds will only be effected upon written request giving reasons for cancellation and will be subject to handling charges.
These terms and conditions are subject to revision and review, your continued use means you accept the changes and Zimbabwean laws apply to these terms.
