This course provides comprehensive training in DNA/RNA sequencing technologies and the analysis of sequence data using modern bioinformatics tools and methods. Participants will explore sequencing workflows—from sample preparation to data interpretation—and develop skills to process, visualize, and analyze high-throughput sequencing datasets.

The course emphasizes both the theoretical foundation and practical application of next-generation sequencing (NGS) technologies, sequence alignment, variant calling, annotation, and biological interpretation. Hands-on sessions using real datasets and open-source tools will equip students for research or industry roles in genomics and computational biology.
