The Construction Industry Federation of Zimbabwe(CIFOZ) which champions standards, professionalism, and sustainable growth across the building and civil engineering sectors held its 2026 Annual General Meeting in Bulawayo from 23 to 25 September 2026. This year’s congress was running under theme, “Creating a resilient construction industry for national development”. SIRDC is represented by Built Environment & Transportation Systems Cluster Leader and Building Technology Institute Director, Architect Sabelo Ncube. Operating under the theme ‘Creating a resilient construction industry for national development,’ participation by both organizations underscores the vital synergy between industry leadership and research institutions in driving sustainable infrastructure and advancing national growth.
