Mrs Winnie Mutsvandiani is currently the Stores Manager at SIRDC, having joined the organisation in March 2010 as the Procurement Manager. She is a strategic and results driven Supply Chain Specialist with a robust background in both Public and Private sector Procurement. She has vast experience in Distribution, International Trade, Customs Clearing, Freight Forwarding, Negotiation and Project and Contract Management as well as in Monitoring and Evaluation of projects. Her work experience includes being Customs Examining Officer at the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority and an Imports Assessor at Specialist Services International. She garnered vast experience in Contract and Project Management working as a Procurement Manager at the University of Zimbabwe-UCSF, where various humanitarian projects where implemented for the benefit of women and youths. With the robust experience in both Public and Private Procurement, she excelled at implementing effective procurement policies and managing complex supply chains. She managed the transition of the Public Procurement 2018 at organisational level and the adoption of the Electronic Government Procurement System. Now as the Stores Manager for SIRDC, she will focus on Smart Replenishment, Predictive Analytics, Supply Chain and Stores Optimization and Quality Control. Mrs Mutsvandiani holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Strategic Supply Management awarded by the University of South Africa (UNISA), a Master of Commerce degree in Strategic Management and Corporate Governance from the Midlands State University (MSU), a Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) Graduate Diploma Level 6 and a Bachelor of Science Special Honours degree in Monitoring and Evaluation awarded by the Lupane State University. She also holds a certificate in International Freight Management from UNISA.
