Ms Pauline Munengami joined SIRDC in March 2012 as a Procurement Assistant and she quickly demonstrated her skills and expertise in procurement and supply management. Over the years she contributed significantly to the procurement of essential projects requirements at SIRDC. In recognition of her skills and dedication to duty, she rose through the ranks and was promoted to the position of Procurement Manager in November 2024. Ms Munengami holds a Master of Science degree in Supply Chain Management from the Chinhoyi University of Technology and a Professional Diploma in Procurement and Supply awarded by the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS). She attained CIPS Membership in 2016. Her commitment to excellence in supply chain practices has been the driving force in her career, enabling her to support SIRDC’s mission effectively.
