The cluster is responsible for marketing and distribution of research and development outputs through Zimbabwe Technological Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of SIRDC.

Seed Division

The Division produces and distributes climate-smart hybrid seeds that include:

Processing Plant
ZTS installed a state-of-the-art seed processing plant that processes a variety of seeds including maize, soya bean and traditional grains such as sorghum and finger millet. Our high capacity is ideal for large scale production. The process includes seed cleaning, destoning, grading, coating and packaging.

Foundry Division

Established in 2005, the foundry business has steadily grown into a one-stop shop, providing a comprehensive range of products and services. Our operations cover every stage of the process from pattern work to molding, casting, machining and heat treatment.
