Marketing Department

The Marketing Department undertakes the following, among others activities:

  • Market the Centre’s research outputs and consultancy services to industry, commerce and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and promotional strategies, promotional programs and product concepts to increase revenue and market share.
  • Lead in the strategic execution of marketing campaigns. Market the Centre’s research outputs and consultancy services to industry, commerce and other stakeholders.
  • Develop brand positioning plans, statements, advertising briefs, brand properties and specifications.
  • Develop marketing communication programs and campaigns for the Centre’s brands and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Recommend appropriate pricing strategies based on market research studies and customer insights.
  • Evaluate marketing tactics and strategies in the acquisition of new customers.
  • Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets.
  • Develop and manage appropriate media content to ensure consistent print and digital coverage of the Centre’s products and services.
  • Prepare and present regular sales and marketing reports to Executive Management.
